Use of markAI
markAI is a marketing automation platform for restaurants. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, media, account connections, and publishing actions you approve comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights.
Accounts and Integrations
You may connect third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, and automation tools. You authorize markAI to use these integrations to provide the requested product features, including content generation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and message or comment syncing.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs may require review and editing. You are responsible for approving content before publication and for verifying accuracy, brand fit, rights, and platform compliance.
Service Availability
We work to keep markAI reliable, but the service may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, API changes, or platform restrictions. We may update, limit, or discontinue features when needed to maintain the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, markAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
