markAI helps restaurants plan, generate, schedule, and publish marketing content. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the markAI website, admin dashboard, and connected integrations.
Information We Collect
We may collect account contact details, project information, uploaded media, generated content, publishing schedules, analytics data, and integration tokens needed to connect services such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Supabase, and n8n.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, generate marketing content, schedule and publish approved posts, sync analytics and comments, maintain account security, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
Instagram and Meta Data
When you connect Instagram or Facebook, markAI uses the permissions you approve to access account profile information, media, comments, messages, insights, and publishing actions required by the product. We do not sell this data. You can disconnect an Instagram account from the project settings.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate markAI, such as hosting, database, AI, storage, automation, and connected integration providers. These providers process data only for the purposes of delivering the service.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. We retain project and integration data while it is needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
